Ingredients:
3 tablespoons chia seeds
½ cup milk of choice
2 tablespoons natural greek yoghurt
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 handful of raspberries
1 tablespoon nuts (whole or crushed)
Method:
Place the chia seeds, milk, yoghurt and vanilla extract in a jar and stir well to combine.
Leave overnight in the fridge.
Top with berries and nuts to serve.
