Yoghurt Sundae for Mother’s Day
Last week Michelle joined a group of eight children at Young Academics early learning centres to run a hands-on cooking workshop. The day was packed with lots of fun and colour and the children learnt how to prepare a yummy yet nourishing breakfast for their Mums on Mother’s Day - Yoghurt Sundaes! Check out the simple recipe below.
Serves 1 
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped seasonal fruit (kiwi fruit, strawberries, banana, pear and blueberries) 
- 3/4 cup vanilla greek yoghurt 
- 3 tbsp rolled oats or muesli 
- 1 tbsp passionfruit pulp 
Method:
- Layer spoonfuls of yoghurt, oats (or muesli) and fruit into a clear tall cup 
- Top with more fruit and a drizzle of passionfruit pulp to serve
